The minutes of the chapter election of officers on 10/21/13 were accepted. The minutes of the 10/23/13 meeting were accepted as amended in the references to the charitable non-profit group Nathaniels Hope.
Joe reported that catholic directory ad purchase and the Handel Messiah program ad purchase have been finalized.
A motion to approve a $300 budget for honoraria at the banquet was approved.
A motion to change the holiday banquet guest charge from $20 to 18 was approved.

Charles presented the treasurers report with an annual summary of expenses. He noted special non-recurring expenses of the Hagerty/Paul Hanover donation, and the Magic Game tickets.

Joe proposed establishing a quartet committee, and the group brainstormed methods to encourage quarteting. Lonnie will have further discussions with Matthew and Paul.
Joe reported that he will create a handout/flyer for PR purposes.
Lonnie reported that he has collected nominations for 2013 BOTY. The custom is that the selection is the prerogative of the president, usually in consultation with previous BOTY recipients.
A motion to dispose of orange jackets but first give membership an opportunity to claim them was approved
A motion to dispose of music in storage was tabled pending further information. Lonnie will investigate.
