The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as submitted.
The chapter has relocated weekly meetings to Lake Highland Prep, effective June 3, 2013.
A motion was approved for Kevin to purchase and license chapter music up to an expense of $500.
Rich, Joe, Ron Bauer, Randy Kloko, and Frank Lasta have volunteered to serve on a show committee and will be tasked with planning a spring 2014 show.
Action Items:
- Lonnie will recover the debit card from Jim LeBleau (incomplete from last month)
- Charles will receive a w-9 form from Director Matthew (incomplete from last month)
- Kevin will assure approval of the website videos by Friday (incomplete from last month)
- Bob will begin making regular membership reports at board meetings (incomplete from last month)
- Charles will implement and maintain more thorough expense records
- Kevin will track down the convention hosting fee due to the chapter in the amount of $750
- Kevin will clarify marketing and pricing standards with chorus manager Doug
- Lonnie will investigate local HOA's for promotion of Lake Highland meetings/rehearsals
- Charles will review Kevin's 2012 financial audit and make a recommendation
