Rusty, Kevin, Bob, Charles, Dick, and incoming 2013 board members Rich and Lonnie. A quorum was established.
There was a brief treasurers report and an update on the chorus director search.
A motion was approved to retain Seth as director search chair, if he is willing.
There followed some discussion on performance guidelines previously provided to the chorus manager, and a review of singing valentines history.
The board tentatively planned a next meeting for Jan 14, with an agenda to include:
- Budget discussion
- Chapter goals
- Resolve singing valentines planning
- Chapter show in 2013
