On 8/28, a motion was presented by email to the board to donate a $1,000 Paul Hanover gift, to Hagerty HS in consideration of the leadership and contributions that Paul has provided as unpaid chorus director, and the generosity of the high school in providing us meeting facilities for the last few years.
Votes were tallied through 9/10/12, and the motion was approved.
