10/29/12 General Membership meeting

On 10/29 a general business meeting was convened by Pres. Kevin H.  The slate of officers presented by Nominating chair Paul Hanover was discussed.  The floor was opened for additional nominations.  One person was nominated but declined to serve.  The following slate of 2013 officers were elected by acclaim.
